Lucas Divestore offers worldwide shipping. The shipping costs depend on the location we have te send to. When you are ordering from outside the Netherlands we use TNT-Express, FEDex, DPD or UPS for shipping.
Shipping costs
- Within the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany: € 7,95 (standard) or free shipping for orders above €75.00.
- Shipping costs inside Europe-EU (except the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany) are € 19,90. Free shipping above € 500,00
- Countries inside Europe but not a member of the EU for example Switzerland, UK and Iceland we charge € 29,95
- Shipping costs for Croatia,Greece and Malta are €39.90. Free shipping above €1000,00. Excluding special products or dimensions
- Shipping costs for Cyprus are € 49,95
- To Norway we charge € 49,95
- Shipping costs outside Europe are € 49,90
- Additional shipping cost may occur.
The shipping costs outside EU are excluding VAT.
Shipping to UK: Due to Brexit the U.K. is no longer part of the EU. This is why you buy with 0% VAT. However, when it enters the U.K. you will have to pay the local custom-duties (VAT).
Different rates may apply for heavy products such as lead, cylinders, compressors, etc. also in case of volume, remote-destination (Islands). Best is to contact us on this in advance of your online order.
In stock – 1 till 2 working days: The product is in stock and it takes 1 till 2 working days to process and have it ready for shipment to go out. Orders received and paid before 14:00 hours are in general shipped same working day.
Available – 3 till 5 working days: The product is not in stock and we expect it takes 3 till 5 working days to have the product here with us to be able to ship it out to you. When not in stock with the manufacturer/supplier it can ask more days.
Available – 10 – 45 days: The product is not in stock, the manufacturer points out to have longer delivery time, it can take weeks up to even months.
CORONA-COVID19: available/not-on-stock products may be subject to extra delivery time by the manufacturer/supplier. When you have "time-stress" than contact us first.
