The Mares Abyss 22 and 52
The Mares Abyss 22 continues to provide excellent performance, even under the coldest circumstances. This breathing regulator is one of the best performing breathing regulators of the brand Mares. Careful analyses have led to a breathing regulator that performs outstanding in cold circumstances. The first stage features the option for an additional cold water kit filled with oil and the second stage has been finished with fluoropolymer to avoid the formation of ice crystals. The Mares Abyss has been made out of strong materials, which make it extra durable. The Mares Abyss 52 is the renewed version of the Mares Abyss 22. Thanks to the VAD system, breathing is very comfortable and avoids free-flow, even when there is a very strong current. Moreover, the Mares Abyss 52 is suitable up to 100% oxygen.
